Las Piñas City — classes in kindergarten, elementary, secondary classes in both public and private schools
Ateneo de Manila University — classes in preschool, elementary, and secondary levels
Quezon Province — classes in all levels both in public and private schools; government work (suspension of work in private sector will depend on their management)
University of Santo Tomas — classes in junior high school and senior high school
Calabarzon
The LGUs noted that those with services vital in disaster and medical response will remain operational.
