Biñan City Mayor Arman Dimaguila said 10 barangays in the city experienced flash floods during the onslaught of Jolina. Four barangays near the Laguna Lake are expected to remain flooded in the next few months.
“Ngayon nagsa-subside na ‘yung flash flood, pero lumalaki naman ang Laguna Lake. So meron kaming four barangays that will be under water in the next two to three months,” he told CNN Philippines’ News.PH.
