Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, July 13) – Fur parents can now ride MRT-3 trains with their pets.
The MRT-3 management announced on social media Monday that pets are now allowed inside the trains, but subject to some rules.
Before boarding a train, pets should be placed inside a carrier with a size not exceeding two feet by two feet.
The MRT-3 made the announcement after netizen Donna Ranario posted photos of her dog Mai-mai inside a carrier while they were riding the train. Her post trended on social media.
Ranario added that Mai-mai also wore a diaper to avoid causing inconvenience to other MRT-3 passengers.
