Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, June 2) — Fire hit the Starmall EDSA-Shaw in Mandaluyong City. It broke out in the stalls located near the parking area.

It was declared fire out at 6:50am after reaching first alarm, according to the city’s Bureau of Fire Protection.
