Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, May 6) — A magnitude 5.1 earthquake shook the municipality of Magsaysay in Davao del Sur on Thursday afternoon.
State seismologist Phivolcs says the tectonic tremor struck at 2:21 pm. It says aftershocks are anticipated, but it expects no damage.
Instrumental intensity V was recorded in Koronadal City in South Cotabato.
