Filipina scientist receives special award from the Netherlands

A Filipina Agri-scientist receives a distinct recognition from the Embassy of the Netherlands.

Dr. Mary Ann Pelagio Sayoc was awarded the “Knighthood in the Order of Orange-nassau” for strengthening Dutch-Filipino relations through her efforts in the food and agriculture sectors.
