DOLE orders employers to pay for workers’ vaccines

The Labor department has issued a directive asking employers to prepare plans for inoculating their workers for free. Its an omnibus order that covers even the small, medium and micro enterprises. But how can the cash-strapped and struggling small businesses give their workers a free vaccine?
