PHLPost’s new stamps celebrate Valentine’s Day amid pandemic

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, February 10) — Nothing stops love; not distance and not the pandemic, says the Philippine Postal Corporation.

To celebrate the month of love, PHLPost Valentine’s Day stamp this year depicts a couple sending messages of love despite their physical distance. This year’s theme is “Far but not apart.”

“The celebration of Valentine’s Day might be a little different this year, but there are a lot of ways to show love and affection to our dear ones,” PHLPost said in a statement.

PHLPost has printed 25,000 pieces of the limited Valentine’s Day stamps priced at ₱12 each. The stamp’s design and layout were done by graphic artist Ryman Dominic Albuladora.

The stamps are now available at the Philatelic Counter, Manila Central Post Office and select post offices nationwide.
