The adjustments reflect movements in the global oil market, which has also been severely affected by the COVID-19 crisis.
Metro Manila and other high-risk areas are currently under modified enhanced community quarantine so movement of people is discouraged due to the continuous spike in the number of infections.
Lower risk areas, on the other hand, have shifted to general community quarantine restrictions with more relaxed lockdown policies.
