Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, May 1) — Celebrity couple Coleen Garcia and Billy Crawford are having their first baby together.
The two made the announcement on Instagram, adding that Garcia had already been pregnant for the past five months.
“My gorgeous wife and I are having a baby…PS: we’re 5 months in so it’s not an ECQ baby lol,” quipped Crawford, referring to the nearly three-month long quarantine period in parts of the country. The government imposed stay-at-home measures since March to contain the spread of the coronavirus disease.
Garcia in a separate post shared photos of her baby bump and sonogram several weeks into her journey. She admitted that the task of becoming a mother for the first time is daunting amid “times of uncertainty.”
“[The] timing may be scary, but our journey so far has given us enough confidence and assurance that everything is going to be absolutely great!,” said Garcia.
The couple, known for their previous hosting tint in “It’s Showtime”, tied the knot back in 2018.
