Local govts, police enforce stricter stay-at-home rules

The police so far rounded off almost 115,000 people nationwide for disobeying travel restrictions, curfews and other precautionary measures. Authorities say they are not taking any chances. They say stricter rules are now in place to help curb the spread of COVID-19.
