Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, February 27) — Another Filipino based in Hong Kong tested positive for coronavirus, the Philippine Consulate General in Hong Kong said on Thursday.
Consul General Raly Tejada, citing the report of the Hong Kong Health Department, said the 29-year-old Filipino woman has recovered from her fever. He said she is in “good spirits” and requested the consulate to send her personal belongings to the hospital where she is admitted.
This brings the number of Filipinos with COVID-19 in Hong Kong to two. The second case can be discharged from the hospital this week if her tests come out negative, Tejada said.
Hong Kong has recorded 91 coronavirus cases, with two deaths.
