Authorities are now looking into the murder of Bureau of Corrections Legal Division Chief Fredric Santos.
He was about to pick up his daughter from school when he was shot dead in Muntinlupa City yesterday. Santos was supposed to expose what he knew about the “Freedom for Sale Scheme” at the New Bilibid Prison.
