Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, February 13) – Ten people were hurt in a vehicular accident near Baclaran church in Parañaque City on Wednesday night, according to police.
Authorities said the driver of a black Toyota Fortuner, identified as Allan Respecia, drove into a crowd beside the church around 9 p.m., injuring pedestrians and hitting parked vehicles, as shown in the video by Joff Frias.
Respecia is now under the custody of the Parañaque police, while the victims were treated to the nearest hospital.
