A few banks have announced their holiday schedule up to the first week of the new year. The days of December 25 or Christmas Day, December 30, or Rizal Day, and January 1, or New Year’s Day, are considered regular holidays, while December 31 and December 24 are special non-working holidays, according to Malacanang.
Here are the banks that will remain open during the Christmas and New Year break:
BPI and BPI Family Savings Bank
December 9, 2019 to January 3, 2020: Open on weekdays with extended operating hours and on Saturdays.
BDO Unibank
ATMs and electronic banking services will operate regularly, while selected branches will be open on December 24, 30, and 31.
