Curry, James headline All-NBA First Team

LeBron James and Steph Curry received the highest number of first team votes this season.

Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) — Reigning MVP Steph Curry and Cleveland Cavaliers talisman LeBron James lead the selection into the All-National Basketball Association (NBA) First Team.

The pair are joined by Oklahoma City Thunder guard Russell Westbrook, San Antonio Sputs forward Kawhi Leonard and Los Angeles Clippers center DeAndre Jordan.

Westbrook’s teammate Kevin Durant failed to make the cut but was selected into the the All-NBA Second Team alongside Sacramento Kings center DeMarcus Cousins, Golden State Warriors forward Draymond Green, Clippers guard Chris Paul, and Portland Trailblazers guard Damian Lillard.

The All-NBA Third Team is composed of Indiana Pacers forward Paul George, Spurs big man LaMarcus Aldridge, Detroit Pistons center Andre Drummond, Warriors guard Klay Thompson, and Toronto Raptors guard Kyle Lowry.

All teams were selected by a group of sportswriters and broadcasters from the United States and Canada.
