Navy to shadow trespassing vessels in PH waters

The Philippine Navy now moving to enforce President Duterte’s order against unauthorized transits of foreign vessels in our territorial waters. The naval guidelines which have yet to be finalized seem to focus on China whose vessels and warships have been passing through near Tawi-Tawi and Palawan without coordination.
