Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, May 11) — The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) will be suspending number coding for all vehicles for the midterm elections on Monday.
Number coding for provincial buses are also suspended from May 10 to May 14, the MMDA said.
The MMDA said that the suspension of the scheme is to ensure that there will be enough public utility vehicles to ferry commuters who are going to vote in the provinces.
