Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, April 29) — One person was killed in a fire that hit a condominium in Parañaque City Monday afternoon, the Bureau of Fire Protection (BFP) said.
Fire officials said the victim is a female, but did not disclose her identity.
Fire broke out at the 22-storey Pacific Coast Tower in Barangay Tambo at 12:21 pm.
Fire officials raised the highest alarm at 12:30 pm, and fire out was declared at 5:22 pm.
There is no information yet on the status of the residents and employees, and the cause of fire.
