Compostela Valley (CNN Philippines, April 20) — Six people died in a house fire in Compostela Valley on Thursday.
The incident happened around 4:12 a.m. at the Adecor Compound in Barangay Poblacion, Maco, said Joseph Randy Loy, Compostela Valley provincial disaster action officer.
The fatalities were identified as Carmen Bilucora, 55; Ian Bilucora, 24; Marjan Ardon, 22; Kisses Ardon, 6 months old; Rico Bilucora, 19; and Karen Bosalla, 20.
The incident report also listed 13-year-old John Ryle Ardon as missing.
Loy said an investigation into the cause of the fire is underway.
Authorities estimated the damage at ₱300,000.
