Chinese-manned dredging vessel leaves Lobo, Batangas

A Chinese-manned vessel that arrived last week to dredge a river in the town of Lobo in Batangas has left and is now at the Batangas port.

That, after environment authorities suspended the permit of a company that supposedly operates the vessel, and amid clamor from residents to get it out of their waters.
