NDRRMC: 22 provinces, cities affected by prolonged dry spell

Farm job cuts reach 1.38 million in July alone owing to storms, the PSA said on Wednesday, Sept. 10.

Disaster officials said the prolonged dry spell is already affecting 22 provinces and cities in the country.

Several areas are also now under a state of calamity as the severe heat impacts agriculture.
