Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, November 21) — Filipina candidate Rachel Peters flaunted her fit physique in her swimwear during the preliminaries for the 66th Miss Universe pageant.
The Philippine bet posted a photo of her black Yamamay two-piece swimsuit on her Instagram account on Tuesday.
Peters also thanked Filipinos for the continuous support.
“Shoutout to all the Filipinos who were there for me tonight. I seriously felt the love and have been all week. Thank you to all my kababayans around the world for your relentless support, votes and prayers!” she said.
All candidates wore the same style of swimwear, which had black and white variants.
The 26-year-old, 5-foot, 8-inch Filipino-British model on Saturday revealed her Sarimanok-inspired golden national costume.

Fashion designer Val Taguba created Peters’ costume, while Jojo Bragais designed her gladiator-style boots.
Peters is one of the 93 ladies competing in Miss Universe 2017 to be held on November 26. The pageant will be held at The AXIS at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas, Nevada, United States.
