
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, November 14) — Laura Lehmann did not make it to the Top 15 of the Miss World 2017 pageant on Saturday.
Lehmann, however, landed a spot at the Top 40 of the competition.
Crowned as Miss World was 20-year-old Manushi Chhillar from India, succeeding previous titleholder Stephanie del Valle from Puerto Rico.
Named as 1st runner-up was Andrea Meza from Mexico, while Stephanie Hill of England clinched 2nd runner-up.
Lehmann was among the 118 competing candidates in the pageant, held at Sanya, China.
She was also among the Top 5 winners of the “Beauty with a Purpose” category.

The 23-year-old television personality was a former courtside reporter for the University Athletic Association of the Philippines.
