
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, August 2) — Some flights to cities in northern Luzon were canceled on Tuesday due to tropical depression Kiko.
Authorities announced the following flight cancellations at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) as of 8 a.m.

Kiko is expected to bring moderate to heavy rains Tuesday, as it maintained its strength moving towards northern Luzon.
The tropical depression has maximum sustained winds of 55 kilometers per hour (kph) and gustiness of 65 kph, said the state weather bureau Philippine Atmospheric Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) in its 5 a.m. Bulletin.
Kiko was estimated to be at 345 kilometers east of Casiguran, Aurora and is forecast to move west at a speed of 15 kph.
