Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, September 2) — The Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH) has started conducting road reblocking and repairs on Sept. 1, and will continue until 5 a.m. Sept. 4, Monday.
In an advisory, the Metro Manila Development Authority advised motorists to avoid the following affected areas:
Northbound:
MacArthur Highway near Monumento Circle, Caloocan City
C.P. Garcia Avenue near E. Jacinto Street and between Velasquez and Alley, Quezon City
V. Luna road from East Avenue to Kalayaan Avenue, Quezon City
Manila East Road in front of SM East Ortigas, Pasig City
Quirino Highway corner La Mesa Dam road, Quezon City (2nd lane)
Southbound:
A. Bonifacio Avenue between Dome Street and Sgt. Rivera, Quezon City (2nd lane)
C5 road near Julia Vargas, Pasig City
Mindanao Avenue after Tandang Sora fronting Shell, Quezon City (2nd lane)
EDSA between Kaingin road and Dario bridge, Quezon City (3rd lane)
E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue after Green Meadows Avenue, Quezon City (truck lane)
E. Rodriguez Jr. Avenue after Boni Serrano flyover, Quezon City (truck lane)
