Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, August 23) — The Philippines got two more gold medals Wednesday in the 29th Southeast Asian (SEA) Games after Aries Toledo and Anthony Beram emerged victorious in in their respective fields.
Toledo edged out five other competitors in the finals of the 1500m decathlon. He finished with 6849 points.
In the other event, Beram was the fastest man in the 200-meter dash with an official time of 20.84. He bested seven others in the race.

The Philippines now has 10 gold medals, 15 silver medals, and 20 bronze medals in the biennial meet.
