The Filipino standout saw limited time on the court for the Bluejays, playing in only 15 of their 35 games.

Paras averaged 1.3 points, 1.0 rebounds, in 4.7 minutes for the Bluejays last season, where Creighton finished with a 25-10 record.

Kobe is the son of PBA legend Benjie Paras. The older Paras holds the distinction of being the only player in the PBA to receive the most valuable player award in his rookie year.

The former Cathedral High School and Middlebrooks Academy player initially signed with UCLA, but withdrew in June.

After going back to the recruiting process, Paras ended up with Creighton.

Paras has not announced which school he will transfer to next.
