Metro Manila (CNN Philippines, April 16) — Some lanes of Regalado Highway will be closed starting April 17 to make way for the construction of the MRT line 7.
The partial road closure will be implemented in two phases.
The first phase will be from April 17 to June 16.
Regalado Highway will be partially closed from Bristol St. to Commonwealth avenue.
A one way single lane will remain open for motorists coming from Commonwealth avenue and proceeding towards Quirino Highway.
The MRT-7 Project Traffic Management Task Force has advised motorists to use the identified alternate routes.

The second phase will be from June 16 to August 15.
Regalado highway will be partially closed from Mindanao avenue to Bristol street.
A one way single lane will remain open for motorists coming from Commonwealth avenue and proceeding towards Quirino Highway.
Motorists are advised to use the identified alternate routes:

Trucks will be barred from passing along Regalado Highway while construction is ongoing.
Trucks travelling to Quezon City Memorial Circle may divert to Commonwealth Avenue, while trucks bound for San Jose del Monte, Bulacan may head to Commonwealth, and then Mindanao Avenue as an alternative.
The MRT-7 Project Traffic Management Task Force said construction may cause heavy traffic, especially during peak hours.
The Task Force has asked motorists and the commuting public to remain patient and observe traffic rules in the area.
The MRT-7 Project Traffic Management Task Force is composed of the Department of Transportation (DOTC), the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH), The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA), the Quezon City Department of Order and Safety, MRT-7, and the EEI Corporation.
