
(CNN Philippines) — The FIVB has released the schedule of games for the 2016 Women’s Club World Championship that will be held October 18-23 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Manila.
Reigning Turkish champions VakifBank Istanbul will face off against Japanese champions Hisamitsu Springs Kobe to open the competition, according to the schedule released Friday.
Host Philippines SuperLiga (PSL) Manila will compete in the last fixture of every game day, save for Day 2, during the group stage.
Each team will play against every team in their respective group once, with the top two winners in each group advancing to the semifinals.

Here is how the teams are grouped for the tournament:
