Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) — Mark your calendars: 2016 will be a big year for music lovers.

With international acts ranging from major names in the industry to young emerging artists, you’re definitely going to want to be part of this year’s music scene.

Here are 22 concerts and music festivals you should not miss this year:

April

Copeland Live in Manila

We’re starting the list off with American indie-rock band Copeland. They will perform their first show in Manila on April 28 at SM Skydome, Quezon City.

Emblem3 Live in Manila

Pop-reggae band Emblem3 will spend two nights in the country for their first show on April 28 at Mall of Asia Arena and their second show on April 29 at Solar One Boracay.

Island Revolution in Boracay

To celebrate the Laboracay weekend, two epic music-filled nights will take place at Pearl of the Pacific Boracay on April 29 and 30. The first batch of performers include RIVERO, WeRWolvz, Marc Marasigan, Everyday People, Andrew Doran, and DJ Lee, while JETFIRE, RIVERO, Tom Taus, No Claus, Everyday People, and Soulful Jigs will perform on the second night.

Pulp Summer Slam: Come Out and Play

Southeast Asia’s biggest and longest-running metal festival “Pulp Summer Slam” will be staged in Manila once again on April 30 at the Amoranto Stadium, Quezon City. Lacuna Coil, Belphegor, Veil of Maya, We Are Harlot, Protest the Hero, I Killed the Prom Queen, Act of Defiance and Volumes will be joined by the country’s own Greyhoundz, Slapshock, Razorback, Kjwan, Wilabaliw, and Insekto Pares.

Summer Sun Music Festival 2016

Spend the Labor Day weekend in the heart of the city as “Blurred Lines” singer Robin Thicke headlines “Summer Sun Festival” on April 30 at Globe Circuit Event Grounds, Makati City.

Of Monsters and Men Live in Manila

The Icelandic indie folk band Of Monsters and Men will perform their first show in Manila on May 12 at World Trade Center Manila, Pasay City.

Little Mix Live in Manila

One of today’s hottest girl group, Little Mix, will dazzle fans with their dynamic songs on May 20 at Kia Theatre, Quezon City.

Closeup Forever Summer 2016

Summer’s biggest rave party returns with their final production. Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike will be headlining “Closeup Forever Summer: It’s Now or Never” on May 21 at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds, Pasay City.

MTV Music Evolution Manila 2016 feat. OneRepublic

Philippine pop artists Sarah Geronimo, James Reid, and Nadine Lustre will share the stage with iconic international pop-rock band OneRepublic to perform at the one-night only live music event on June 24 at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds, Pasay City.

Blue Man Group Live in Manila

Worldwide sensation Blue Man Group will awe audiences with their theatrical and comedic shows from September 14 to 25 at The Theatre, Solaire Resort, Parañaque City.

Road to Ultra 2016

End the month with Skrillex, W&W, Zeds Dead, A-Trak, Fedde Le Grand, Mija, and Vicetone as the much awaited electronic music festival returns to Manila on September 17 at the Mall of Asia Concert Grounds, Pasay City.

Coldplay

British rock band Coldplay will hold a concert in Manila, according to an official of the telecommunications company sponsoring the event. The official date of Coldplay’s concert has yet to be announced.
