
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) — The Supreme Court will continue to hear on Tuesday (January 26) the petitions of Sen. Grace Poe seeking to overturn the decision of the Commission on Elections (Comelec) that cancelled her certificate of candidacy (COC) for president.
Two issues will be at the heart of the oral arguments for Poe’s case: her citizenship and residency.
