Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) — Host school UP Lady Maroons will take on the UE Lady Warriors in a game that will usher in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP) Season 78 women’s volleyball tournament on January 31.
Gametime is 2 p.m. at The Arena in San Juan.
After that, defending champions Ateneo Lady Eagles will test the mettle of the NU Lady Bulldogs at 4 p.m.
The highly-anticipated rematch between Ateneo and rivals De La Salle Lady Spikers is set on February 27 at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum.
