Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) — Starting Friday night (October 16), there will be asphalt overlaying activities along the southbound lane of EDSA, between Guadalupe Bridge and Buendia Avenue. Workers will be in the area from 11 p.m. to 5 a.m. until Monday (October 19).
Motorists are advised to take JP Rizal, Makati Avenue, and Estrella St. to their destination.
Meanwhile, four lanes of the Elliptical Road near Quezon Avenue in Quezon City will also be blocked off for a pipe-laying project.
The road works began on Friday and will last until November 6.
