
Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) — Entering the fourth day of the filing of the certificates of candidacy (COC), hopefuls continue to flock to the Commission on Elections (Comelec) main office in Manila to complete the first step in their bid to run for a national post for the elections on May 9, 2016.
