Metro Manila (CNN Philippines) — The 2015 Volkswagen Passat will be launched in the Philippines in October.
The new Passat, which was recently awarded the 2015 European Car of the Year, promises to exude style, handling, and performance like no other, said the car manufacturer.
Powering the mid-size premium sedan is a responsive and highly-efficient 2.0 TSI engine generating 220 PS, managed by a 6-speed dual clutch Direct Shift Gearbox (DSG) transmission.
The Passat features LED headlights, 18-inch alloy wheels, Adaptive Chassis Control, 14-way electric seats, and Active Info Display gauges. It also has a navigation system, rear view camera, and a panoramic sunroof, making ti an ideal executive car.
The 2015 Passat will be introduced in October at a price range between P2.3 million and P2.8 million.
